So You Want to Start a Poetry Writing Group

Are you a poet in search of a writing community? Do you want feedback around your poems and your writing process? This free 1 hour Zoom-based workshop will teach you how to create a supportive and activated poetry writing group. It takes a bit of leadership to start a group, and to propel it forward, but if you’re attending this workshop, you’ve got it in you.
We’ll cover everything from online/vs in person meetings, finding group members, and structural methods on how to actually meet and share work.
Now a word about what I offer, and why this workshop is at no cost. First, I like talking about poetry. Also, I’m a poetry writing coach and would like to tell you about what I do, and how I do it. You won’t be put on a mailing list, but will receive one follow up email from me with some details about poetry coaching and editing services. That’s it.
I would love to support your work in any way I can. Anyone attending this workshop will get a free 20 minute laser-coaching session, where you can bring writing questions or even a poem to see how we might work together. Workshop attendess will also be offered a 20% off poetry coaching costs.
